DE FUNCTIE: Je beheert opdrachten vanaf de offerteaanvraag tot de installatie. Je analyseert de technische kant van aanvragen, stelt oplossingen voor en verwerkt die in de uiteindelijke offerte. Voorts ben je verantwoordelijk voor de orderingave, de planning en de verdere operationele uitvoering van opdrachten. Dat betekent dat je als tussenpersoon voortdurend in contact staat met de klanten, de productieafdelingen van de groep, de leveranciers en de onderaannemers. As part of the Solar Sales Division for Italy and referring to the Solar Sales Manager Europe, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening the network of national distributors for the photovoltaic market and for the definition and implementation of business strategy.
In particular the main activities are:
• Managing the channel of distributors in the photovoltaic market at a national level • Market analysis to identify new growth opportunities • Definition and implementation of business strategy • Managing the annual budget for the organization of marketing activities (events, promotions, etc.) • Organization of trainings for the distribution channel • Reporting and back office
The ideal profile has a degree qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. commerce, business, or engineering combined with significant experience in marketing of a technical product preferably through a distributor or dealer network in a well organized manufacturing company, has a broad knowledge of the distribution logic, use the main computer operative systems and has a good command of English language. Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector would be an advantage.
The position requires a well organized person with strong commercial spirit, customer oriented, able to negotiate and work toward commercial goals, willing to travel throughout the country.

As part of the Microcontroller Application Division in the R&D Department, you will be involved in FW and HW development of microprocessor-based systems for controlling and monitoring our power electronics devices. The goals of your activity will be: Maintenance and improvements of our existing UPS and photovoltaic products; FW development and HW design for new UPS and photovoltaic devices; FW development for custom oriented applications; Product qualification tests in our laboratory; Providing support to other company departments (e.g. Power Electronic Division, After Sales Dept., Production, …) Getting involved in the improvement of the processes, according to our Lean Thinking organization.
You should have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science Engineering, 2/3+ years of experience in microprocessor electronics design, industrial control or automation, gained in a well organized manufacturing company. Further required skills are a good knowledge of C and C++ for embedded applications, Matlab and Simulink, a good knowledge of development tools for microprocessors and Real-Time Operative Systems and a good use of technical English language. The position requires an analytical, flexible, well organized and open minded person with strong problem solving and teamwork attitude.

Liaising with the Technical Coordinator in the Technical Operational Service Department, the candidate will have three main missions: to provide worldwide technical support on UPS systems either on site and through remote support; to provide technical training on products for technicians, subsidiaries and distributors, to organize and dispatch the spare-parts supply.
You must have a strong electronics background and a relevant experience in the same position in a well-organized company dealing with electronic products, a good knowledge of English and possibly French language. You will be asked to travel abroad 7 to 10 days per month. The position requires an autonomous person, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and able to solve multiple problems quickly.
Attached to the Technical Director you will be responsible for the management and development of our R&D Specialty for testing boards equipment (ATE) and design of printed circuit boards (PCB). The main responsibilities will be: market analysis, product development and scouting of new technologies, management of a team of 5 pcb design and test engineers, support in resolving problems related to the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards prototypes, consultancy for planning, developing and launching the production of new tests, functional test of electronic boards and equipment.
You should have a bachelo’s degree in Electronics Engineering, a good knowledge of the most important design and simulation software (Agilente VEE or National LabView), printed circuit material (FR4/CEM) and CAD designing (preferable Pads of Mentor Graphics) for the circuit material.You must have a 3/5 years of working experience in the same position in a well organized company, team management skills, a good knowledge of operating systems and English language.
The position requires a innovation-oriented person with strong organizational and team management attitude, analytical skills and able to solve multiple problems quickly.
As part of the Power Application Division in the R&D department, you will be responsible for analog and power electronics design of UPS and solar devices; electro-mechanical design (dimensional calculation, simulation and choice of components); validation test; production and post sales support; quality, costs and time management. You should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics, 2/3 years of experience in the same role, a good knowledge of the most important design and simulation software and of English language. The position requires an analytical, well organized and open minded person with strong problem solving and teamwork attitude.

For this post you will be involved in project groups whose aim is the design, development and qualification of new products or the improvement of existing products or processes. You will be providing technical support to the production, maintenance and industrialization departments. You will be participating in the choice and approval of new components in conjunction with the company’s other departments and suppliers. Your post will also involve you in assuring the technological monitoring of components and power topologies. All of your missions will be carried out in line with our quality and environmental procedures in force whilst respecting the different normative constraints relating to products (product standards, EMI, Low voltage directive, REACH, etc.). Your missions will also require visits to suppliers, customers or subsidiaries.
With training as an engineer in power electronics or equivalent, you will ideally have 5 years’ experience in the electrical and thermal design of static power converters. Good command of English is indispensible.
Responsible for ensuring that QC inspection and testing are carried out in the workshop as well as the project site. Responsible for ensuring that all new products and modified products meet customers’ specifications.
