MASTERYS IP+

Specially engineered to power and protect typical industrial equipments such as motors, motor speed drivers, lamps, non linear loads, welding equipments, power supplies, MASTERYS IP+ is also perfectly able to supply control equipments like programmable controllers, sensors and measurement apparatus and integrates perfectly into the most demanding industrial environments.

Protection against severe environmental conditions

• MASTERYS IP+ is integrated in a robust heavy steel frame enclosure.
• Standard protection degree is IP31 (protection against foreign solid objects of 2,5 mm diameter or greater, and protection against vertically falling water drops).
• This protection level can be increased for harsh environments up to IP52 -optional- (full protection from dust with easy replaceable air filters, and protection against water sprayed at an angle up to 15° from vertical).
• Furthermore, the electrical circuit boards can be coated on both sides to protect them from corrosive air particles (option).
• Floor anchoring to prevent tilting

Galvanic isolation

• Compact solution with insulation transformer, MASTERYS IP+ provides complete galvanic isolation between the upstream and downstream circuits.
• Therefore the equipment adapts perfectly to all upstream and downstream neutral point connections.

Easy integration into industrial network

• Optimization the sizing of input protections, cables, Generator sets and transformers thanks to IGBT rectifier (high input power factor > 0,99 and low input current harmonic distortion <3%)
• Fully compatible with Generator sets
• Wide input voltage tolerance from -40% up to +20% of nominal voltage to withstand the large voltage transients that can frequently happen on mains in the industrial environment
• Double immunity comparing to the requirement of UPS international standard IEC 62040-2, to further increase protection against electromagnetic disturbance.
• Compatible with Open vented Lead Acid, Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) and Nickel Cadmium Batteries
• True frontal access for input/output cabling, spares replacement and maintenance.

Communicating equipment

• MASTERYS IP+ is equipped with user friendly multilingual interface with graphical display
• It provides flexible communication possibilities such as programmable volt-free contacts, enabling the remote reporting of status or alarm information.
• Another standard feature is a RS232 and RS485 serial link with JBUS/MODBUS protocols, which makes it possible to exchange the same information in addition to measurements taken by the UPS.
• Profibus and Devicenet protocols are also available (option).
